Originally from the UK, Ruth is a highly regarded Physiotherapist with over 15 years' experience in her field.

Prior to joining Align Health, Ruth worked across the public and private sector in MSK and Orthopaedic specialties in the West Midlands (UK).

She has a wide scope of skills and experience in treating clients with complex and high needs.

Ruth has recently completed her Masters in Advanced MSK Physiotherapy (2025).
