Teagan is a dedicated Hand Therapist based across our Cambridge and Te Awamutu clinics. She first trained as an Occupational Therapist before commencing her specialisation in Hand Therapy. With a strong background in Vocational Rehabilitation, she supports clients to recover function and confidently return to work and daily activities.

She sees clients with a wide range of finger, hand, and wrist injuries and conditions. Common presentations include fractures and dislocations, tendon injuries, and ligament sprains. She also treats repetitive strain injuries such as tendinopathy, De Quervain’s tenosynovitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Her clinical caseload includes arthritis, joint stiffness and post-surgical rehabilitation.

She provides tailored assessment, splinting, exercise programmes and education to help you achieve your goals.
