Lydia McTamney is a highly experienced Women’s & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and a qualified Pilates instructor.
Lydia is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special interest in Women's & Pelvic Health. Lydia helps women with a wide range of pelvic conditions including pelvic pain, pre and post-natal care, prolapse management, and bladder and bowel dysfunctions.
Lydia graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) with Honours from The University of Liverpool and has over 18 years’ experience working in a variety of clinical settings in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Lydia is also a qualified Pilates Instructor.
Lydia provides a holistic approach to treatment — focusing not only on your symptoms, but the cause of the injury and your body as a whole. When appropriate, she can incorporate 1:1 Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions as part of your tailored treatment plan.
